Flock of the Seraphim PC Requirements

The store spec line, plus the launch-week machines that already failed it.

PC Requirements

GuuchanDev lists Flock of the Seraphim as a Windows-only Steam title. The store API has no Mac or Linux depot. If you came here from a wishlist on a Deck or a MacBook, read the table, then decide. This page is the spec door. The playable crash steps live on Crash and Performance Fix.

Steam’s current table:

  • OS — Windows 10, 64-bit (minimum and recommended).
  • CPU — AMD Ryzen 5 six-core class minimum. AMD Ryzen 7 3700X class recommended.
  • RAM — 6 GB (both columns).
  • GPU — NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 minimum. NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 recommended.
  • Storage — 1 GB.
  • Sound — Any.

That is a Godot horde shooter, not a 100 GB campaign. Disk is not the gate. The GPU line is. Launch-week crash reviews already include Intel Iris Xe laptops that hear a few seconds of music on the DX12 option and then die. GuuchanDev’s public reply on a loading-screen review said new boot options were coming, to try DX12 first, and that a machine under the minimum might simply fail.

If you are under the 1060 line, believe the store. Refund math is kinder than a fourth reinstall. If you meet the line and still hang, use the DX12 boot option, cap FPS, drop anti-aliasing, and verify files. Those steps are on the crash page, not here.

What Steam actually ships

The store categories that matter for a buyer:

  • Single-player only. No online lobby and no second nun in the same arena.
  • Full controller support. A launch review still said the start menu fights a pad. In-run play is the supported part.
  • Playable without Timed Input.
  • Steam Achievements (39). The list is on Achievements.
  • Steam Cloud.
  • Steam Leaderboards. Demo notes already mentioned a board reset after a run-breaking bug. The playable page is Leaderboards.
  • Family Sharing.

There is no codes channel and no Roblox script page. This is a $9.99 paid Steam game (introductory −25 percent through August 27, 2026). The review is the buy note.

Languages

Steam lists English, French, German, Spanish — Spain, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese — Brazil, Russian, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. This wiki localizes English, French, German, and Spanish. The other store languages are real in the client and out of scope here.

A Chinese review already said the translation is a bit rough and that the bigger pain is UI, especially on a pad at the start menu. Treat that as a launch-week polish note, not as a missing language pack.

Settings that exist, and one that does not

Demo notes added a max FPS cap, a preferred display picker, and a later anti-aliasing slider that raises FPS when you drop it. Use those three before you buy a cooler. A launch review said there is no sound-options page and that the first boot needed the Windows mixer. If the nun screams at 100, lower the executable volume there, then look again after a hotfix.

Late Endless clips already stutter on mid-range cards when projectiles pile up. That is a performance taste, not a missing GPU. Cap FPS. Drop AA. Leave the gift-shop floor. The Endless guide assumes you already did this.

Cloud, bricks, and “I think my game is bricked”

Steam Cloud is listed. Launch threads still say a crash on the result screen ate a keep, or that a save feels bricked. Force-closing during results is how a flock looks empty. Give Cloud a minute, relaunch, then check the flock screen. If the client never opens, that is a boot problem. If the client opens and the flock is gone, write [email protected] with the build date after you verify files. Do not format the disk for a missing angel.

Who should wait

Wait if you are on macOS, Linux, or a sub-1060 iGPU and you wanted a guaranteed boot. Buy if you are on a 1060-or-better Windows box and you can live with launch-week heat. The official links page is the store and inbox. The Getting Started page is the first-hour door. This page will not grow a Mac depot the API does not list.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

Does it run on Steam Deck, Mac, or Linux?

The store API lists Windows only. Deck is not a promised target. Mac and Linux have no depot.

What is the real minimum GPU?

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 class. Iris Xe launch reports already fail the loading screen.

Is there a sound slider?

A launch review said no. Use the Windows mixer on the executable until a hotfix adds one.

Does Steam Cloud save the flock?

Cloud is listed. After a result-screen crash, wait, relaunch, then check the flock before you assume a wipe.
